Enjoy a memorable visit when staying in this welcoming apartment set within a condominium with a private swimming pool, on the seafront, very close to beach complexes and sea access and very close to shops and services.
We regret to inform you that maintenance and painting works will be carried out on the facades of your building in September, October, November and possibly until December 2025.
Scaffolding for the facade painting has already begun to be installed on the facade of your apartment.
Although this work is being carried out outside our property and we are not responsible for it, we have decided to inform you that the work will be carried out with the possibility of noise during normal legal working hours in Portugal (weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00).
The scaffolding will compromise the view from your apartment and your balcony.
We apologise for this and thank you for your understanding.
